• Personal Hygiene, Healthcare & Personal Growth (we start with the student and spend a session on personal growth with development tests, motivation, how to do financial and future planning, teamwork and overall well-being – Happy student, happy work!)
• The Cleaning Schedule & Checklists
• The Cleaning Kit: Cleaning products and the proper quantity and usage thereof
• Laundry: Washing & Ironing
• Guest Rooms: The perfect Bed
• Advanced Communications Skills (Body Language, Greetings and Welcome, Telephone Skills and taking Messages, Perfect Customer orientated language, Listening Skills)
• How to deal with Customer problems and Complaints (Problem solving)
• 12 steps to a satisfied Customer – a step by step guide (golden nuggets!)
• Business Etiquette and Introducing the customer
• Bookings for Accommodation receiving the customer on arrival, payments and departure.
• Table setting & napkin folding (also learning about all the different dishes, serving ware, cutlery, glassware etc)
• Preparing the perfect breakfast (full practical session – we cook a full breakfast)
• Serving your customer at Breakfast like a 5 Star waiter (food and drinks – also full practical session)
