However, if a student has booked and paid for a course and are not able to attend, we will allow cancellation 48 hours before the course. We will then refund you the full amount. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours, we will unfortunately not be able to refund, as by that time course manuals and certificates would have been ordered and paid.  We will however a change of date, where the student can attend the next available course.
