This is a very hands-on and practical training and the following subjects will be attended to:

session on personal growth with development tests, motivation, how to do financial and goal setting planning and how to be successful with teamwork. We talk about Inventory of your Skills and attitude in the workplace and overall well-being – Happy student, happy workplace!
Advanced Communications Skills (Body Language, Greetings and Welcome, Advanced Telephone Skills and taking Messages, Perfect Customer orientated language, Advanced Listening Skills). This whole session is very practical and we learn with roleplay.
